Why should I buy one of these candles?

Each one of our candles are handmade and poured in small batches. This ensures that we maintain high quality products that you will love! If I am not happy with how they come out, I will not sell them.

I have purchased more than one candle why do they look slightly different?

As each one of our candles is hand poured there can be slight variations in colour, weight and fill level of our candles. I try to ensure that each candle in a batch looks the same, however due to different factors involved with our small batch process there could always be very slight variations. You will always get a candle that feels value for money and that meets the burn time as listed on the label.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We try to ship all orders within 48 hours (working days) where possible. We currently offer both Royal Mail 48 hour tracked as standard Royal Mail 24 hour tracked for an increased fee. Our postage is currently discounted as we are just starting out.

Why don't you have candles with flowers/ decorations or popular drink inspired candles like I see on social media?

Many of these candles that you see on social media with decorative stones, dried fruits or flowers are not always safe to burn. Many of these dried fruits and flowers can become a fire hazard as they catch alight and become a new wick. We pride ourselves on our candle scents and believe they speak for themselves.

The popular drink style candles that are all over social media (believe me I've seen them everywhere too!), include ice cubes. Many of these 'ice cubes' are made from gel wax. This gel wax is a petroleum based substance and can release toxins into the air when burnt. All our candles are made from a base of Shea wax which is natural substance and provides a clean burn.
